Athletic sign-up take place online here. If you need help creating an account, here are the instructions. 
Any student who would like to sign up for a sport needs to have this filled out.

All students must have an up-to-date physical on file with the nurse to participate in tryouts.

Try-out information is announced on AM announcements as well as posted on Parent Square, Instagram/Twitter and the PCMS calendar.

Any student taking alternate transportation home from any game, practice, or school event MUST have a signed "Release of Liability" form on file with the school prior to the event. **Coaches CANNOT accept forms at events.**
